Our Team
Daniel Luzio
As managing director, Daniel Luzio, a local of the Silver Coast area (Lourinhã), faces all challenges in the certainty that great challenges make great companies. Speaking German fluently, he worked several years in Switzerland, gaining much experience as construction foreman. In 2000 he returned to Portugal and founded the company.
António Policarpo
Although born in Lisbon, Antonio Policarpo moved to the Silver Coast area when he was 4 years old, and has been here ever since. A civil engineer, he brings to the company, not only his integrity and top quality work, but also the technical capacity needed by the company to have the license for the works they execute.

Being our core business, we will see you through the entire construction process, with regular updates and any additional information a phone call away, up to and including snagging and handover of keys.
Our main objective is the following and conclusion of projects onsite, to be able to understand the team, to communicate frequently and well. We truly worry about each person we work with, be it individual or collectively, in order to bring out the best of each one of them.
