Construction Project Management Technical Details
In the Praia d’el Rey Golf and Beach resort, on the Silver coast.
Fantastic four bedroom villa set within the Praia d’el Rey Golf and Beach resort in Obidos. In order to maximise the natural light within the villa, a beautiful sky light was built in. As well as this feature, a roof terrace was also included in the project, so as to enjoy a sea view. For this, a special sealing product was used to ensure that the construction would have no problems in the future with water infiltrations. With the environment to consider, as well as financial benefits, solar panels were installed. These permit the swimming pool to be heated exclusively by solar power.

I first met Daniel Luzio in July 2004 when I decided to build a Villa in Praia del Rev Golf and Country Club. He was recommended to me by mutual friend.
From our first meeting I felt he was a man of integrity and honesty. I contracted Daniel to build our Villa and he gave me a start and finish date for the project both of which he adhered to. The quality of his work was second to none and his attention to detail extraordinary. Nothing is too much trouble.
In 2007 I purchased two Plots of land on Praia del Rey and decided to build two large Villas, one for our own use and the second to sell on. I had no hesitation in once again in giving Daniel Luzio the contract for the Project. In fact I didn't even go out to tender, such is the faith I have in Daniel. The total value of these two projects would be well in excess of 2.5 million euro's. Once again Daniel brought both Villas in on time and to again a very high standard. We have been delighted with the outcome.
