In the Praia d’el Rey Golf and Beach resort, on the Silver coast.
Aldeia D. Fernando is located inland within Praia d’el Rey Golf and Beach Resort, where this villa with swimming pool is located on the Silver Coast. As a more cost-effective solution, and certainly a more comfortable choice, the heating throughout is all under-floor and electric. This ensures there are no problems in the future in terms of failure and having to open up the floor for fixing (as happens with gas under-floor heating). Swimming pool installed with pump heater.

In my opinion after sales service is very important and Daniel excels in this department. Any little issues we had were dealt with swiftly and professionally. His staff are all courteous and conscientious and take pride in their work.
