Villa construction with swimming pool and all top quality finishes, in the Five Star Praia del Rey resort.
Set within the Aldeia D. Fernando area of the five star resort of Praia d’el Rey, where all plots come with a selection of pre-designed villa prototypes, this unit stands out among its neighbours. Not only for the top quality construction and finishes, but also because of the plot landscape. Instead of having to remove soil in order to have the ground floor at the same level as the road, soil was needed to fill the plot up, thus allowing the villa to be at the level as the main road.

We decided some 4 and half years ago to build a new villa at Praia del Rey.We had a few meetings with Mr Daniel Luzio and were impressed by his knowledge and
competence right from the outset.
After careful consideration my wife and I appointed Mr Luzio as the builder. The agreement was that the house would be completed within 7 months,depending on weather conditions.
