Construction Project Management Technical Details
In the Praia d’el Rey Golf and Beach resort, on the Silver coast.
Set within the more mature part of the resort – Aldeia dos Navegadores, this villa was expanded and recuperated from it’s original state, to become the luxury villa it is today. Aldeia dos Navegadores was the first part of the Praia d’el Rey resort to be built, long before the top quality 18 hole golf course, with some of it’s villas existing for over 30 years. The first floor was enlarged and new flooring was installed throughout. The lining of the swimming pool was also redone and new small glass tiles installed.
