Obidos - June Contemporary Art Month
June Contemporary Art Month, the Silver Coast will be “invaded” by the imagination and creativity that Art facilitates, making Obidos a richer and more valorised community.
Along with the homage paid to icons of Portuguese Culture, June –Contemporary Art Month hopes to be an event that welcomes to the historic town works by some of the most prestigious and renowned national and foreign Contemporary artists.
This year the event promotes a number of initiatives not only in conventional spaces, such as museums and galleries, but also in public spaces and buildings adapted for this purpose. Several exhibits and events promote different artistic expressions and artistic dialogues.
