New Golf Course on Track
A recent public meeting at the Camara of Caldas da Rainha, confirmed and discussed the new Silver Coast golf course, which will be located close to Atlantic, just south of São Martinho do Porto.
This development has been planned for several years, but local construction and project management companies had been waiting for confirmation of the development of the site.
The exact location is on the Atlantic Coast, between Serra do Bouro and Foz do Arelho and will include a resort, homes and services for over four thousand people. When completed it will present a serious challenge to Praia del Rey, as it will also boast a five star hotel and spa resort. Just another reason why the Silver Coast is such a great place to invest in a property!
