A New Golf Course at Praia del Rey
Work will starting shortly on the spectacular Falesia del Rey golf course on the Silver Coast. With the detailed planning stage almost complete the Beltico Group will soon be at work developing this exclusive 230 hectare site. This special project has already been granted Project of National Importance status and golfers from far and wide are already looking forward to playing what will be an exceptional course set in a top class resort.
Falesia del Rey will consist of 475 luxury properties set around the golf course, a five star contemporary hotel overlooking the sea and also a boutique hotel with spa. The design of the resort is the responsibility of award winning architect, Mario Sua Kay.
The dramatic scenery of rolling pine hills and white sandy beaches will provide an excellent back drop for both golfers and holiday makers alike and bring another prestigious course to the Silver Coast which already boasts a plethora of excellent courses, including Praia del Rey, one of the best courses in Portugal, if not the top links course.
